The Senior Bartender role

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-quality restaurant, Members Club, bar or nightclub in London

• Excellent knowledge of drinks and experience creating bespoke cocktails

• Personable and welcoming with a passion for the Hospitality Industry

• Ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered

• Brilliant knowledge of our menus, seasonal ingredients, and allergens

• Able to make coffees and have barista skills

• Able to operate Tevalis or similar EPOS system

• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards

• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality

• Enhance guest experience by nurturing relationships and celebrating our loyal members

• As part of our sustainability effort, respect recycling, energy, and other initiatives throughout the business

• Strong command of English language

• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
